No, you do not need to be present. As long as you provide clear access instructions (e.g., a Lockbox code, gate code, or hidden key location) in the "Special Notes" section during booking, our field tech can complete the entire shoot independently.

We offer free rescheduling for weather-related issues. Our operations team actively monitors the forecast and will contact you to coordinate a backup time if conditions are unsuitable for aerials or exterior media.

We focus on delivering high-quality, comprehensive coverage rather than arbitrary limits, but generally: - **Listing Photography / Photo + Drone Bundle / Premium Media:** You will receive up to 40 HDR Photos covering the interior and exterior. - **Aerials / Drone Services:** Packages that include drone aerials typically include 5-7 high-resolution drone photos.

We strictly adhere to a 24-hour SLA (Service Level Agreement) for standard media delivery following the completion of the shoot.

If you are an approved VIP or Preferred Broker, simply book your shoot through the standard public checkout. Your discounted rate is locked into your Client Profile in our system and will automatically apply when we send your final invoice.
