1. Information Collection & Scope
OVM Property Media collects essential operational data to fulfill real estate media services. This includes client identity details (full name, email address, phone number, brokerage affiliation), property metadata (listing address, square footage, lockbox codes, shoot schedules), and transactional records (package choices, à la carte selections, invoice history).
When accessing our Executive Portal, we collect authentication identifiers (Google OAuth profile email, Firebase Auth tokens) and basic diagnostic logs (IP address, browser session cookies) to secure active sessions and prevent unauthorized access.
2. Operational Use of Information
Your personal and property details are processed strictly to coordinate shoot scheduling, assign certified field photographers, manage editing pipelines, verify Quality Control (QC), and deliver final media packages.
We never sell, broker, or lease client listings, contact books, or operational data to third parties or advertisers. All order records, deliverable links, and credentials are secured inside Google Cloud & Firebase enterprise storage.
