1. Booking & Shoot Coordination Policy
By scheduling a service via our web form, Ava AI coordinator, or portal, you authorize OVM Property Media to dispatch professional field photographers/drone operators to the designated property address.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is photo-ready at the scheduled start time. We recommend securing pets, removing clutter, and turning on all lighting prior to crew arrival. Reschedules or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time may incur a $50 same-day cancellation/rescheduling fee to compensate field crews for reserved calendar slots.
2. Intellectual Property & Media Licensing Rights
In accordance with standard professional real estate media practices and federal copyright law, OVM Property Media retains copyright ownership of all captured imagery, video footage, drone aerials, and 3D space scans.
Upon receipt of full payment, the booking client (agent, brokerage, or property manager) is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered assets across all marketing channels (MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, social media, print brochures) for the duration of their listing agreement with the property owner. Reselling, transferring, or gifting media assets to third parties requires explicit written re-licensing from OVM Property Media.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Turnaround Times
We pride ourselves on speed and reliability. Our standard delivery SLAs are tracked automatically in the Operations Center:
- Photography & Drone Stills (PO, PD, DO): 1-2 business days (24-hour typical turnaround).
- Cinematic Property Video & Aerial Video (PV, MP, VO, DV): 2-3 business days.
- 3D Virtual Tours & Matterport Scans (3D, 3DMP): 1-2 business days.
- Agent Promo Videos & Custom Branding (AP, CO): 3-5 business days.
4. Pricing Tiers & Payment Schedules
Pricing is strictly flat-rate based on service SKU packages, with rate adjustments applied only for luxury estates exceeding 5+ bedrooms or custom quote items.
We maintain three canonical client tiers: Standard, VIP (high-volume recurring clients), and Diamond / Preferred Vendor (brokerage partners). Tier rates and promotional codes are applied automatically at intake. All invoices must be settled prior to downloading final unwatermarked high-resolution assets.
5. Independent Contractor & On-Site Operations Policy
All field photographers, videographers, and FAA-certified drone operators deployed by OVM Property Media operate as professional independent contractors. OVM Property Media assumes no direct liability for property damage, personal injury, or loss of items during on-site captures. Independent contractors maintain their own operational liability insurance and assume full responsibility for safe conduct while on location.
